Who we're looking for

Agency recruiters: 360 desk, BD-focused, or dedicated sourcers with a track record of placements.
Comfortable with a modern stack: an ATS (Recruiterflow, Bullhorn, Loxo or similar), LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator, and outreach tools.
Open to AI-assisted workflows — we equip recruiters with tools like Clay and Claude to source and reach out faster.
Proactive and overcommunicative: confident on video calls with clients and candidates, fluent written English.
Comfortable working in a 100% remote setup with international clients.
