GTM Engineer — Application Form

RecruiterGTM is the #1 AI-driven GTM & Operations enablement partner for recruitment agencies. We build AI-powered growth engines that replace entire SDR teams, reactivate CRMs at scale, and automate multi-channel outbound using tools like Clay, Claude Code, n8n etc.

After 2 years of exponential growth, we're expanding our GTM Operations team and looking for ambitious GTM Engineers. You may work for us or get placed full-time with one of our clients through our talent division. If you want to become one of the most in-demand GTM operators in the industry, this is the place.

What's the role about?

This isn't a typical outbound job. We're looking for someone who loves sales and modern systems — someone who can mix classic RevOps with new-school GTM tech.

The role is a mix of GTM Engineering and improving how the business runs day-to-day. You'll have room to build, experiment, and simplify how things work so we operate faster and smarter. You'll be supported and trained by the RecruiterGTM team on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

  • Experience with GTM & Sales Operations tools and strategies.
  • Experience with BD tools involving LinkedIn and email automation. We use Clay, Claude, Airtable, n8n, Lemlist/Instantly, and HeyReach.
  • Familiarity or experience in the Consulting, SaaS or Recruitment space.
  • Keen on self-learning from LinkedIn and YouTube influencers in the AI sales and lead gen space.
  • Proactive, overcommunicative, and a team player. Not task-taking VAs — you frame yourself as an expert and confidently handle internal and external comms on video calls.
  • Innovative and creative with business development strategies — building strategy and copywriting angles, not just Clay tables.
  • Comfortable working in a 100% remote team setup.
  • Fluency in Notion, Slack, Claude Code and Loom is a MUST.
